This CD will automatically run once inserted. If you have Autorun disabled,
you can run the CD by exploring the CD (right-click on the CD icon and select "Explore" in the menu) and executing the install.exe program.
This CD requires Windows 98 and Internet Explorer version 4.0 or greater with Flash componentsinstalled. The CD runs under Netscape as well, but again requires the Flash plugins.
Most problems with the CD are due to incorrectly installed (or uninstalled) web browsers and the lack of the Flash components. This CD requires the Flash 3.0 or greater plugin to work. If you have Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, Flash should be included. If you have IE 3.X, then you will need to get the plugin at www.macromedia.com.

For any updates of Netscape, please contact Netscape or visit their web site at www.netscape.com.
This disc includes an installer for Internet Explorer 5.0. If you have any problems getting the disc to run, we recommend browsing the CD to get to the demos and the Internet Explorer installer. If you have Windows 95 and IE3.0, we require that you upgrade to at least IE 4.0 before running this CD. There is an installer on the CD that should execute if you have an older version of IE or Netscape. We do not distribute Netscape, however. If you cannot run a browser with Flash capabilities, all demos can be found at this directory: <CDDRIVE>:\main\Demos. If you need to reinstall Internet Explorer, you will find an installer at <CDDRIVE>:\main\install\ie5. Just run "ie5setup.exe".
When you first launch the CD, an autorun file will launch an installer for the incite CDROM plugins. If you run the CD without properly installing the required software, the CD may still run, but you will not be able to install any of the demos.
If you receive errors when installing the disc that prevent you from completing the install, browse the CD (by right-clicking on the inciteCDROM icon and selecting "Explore") and double-click on the file "manual_installation.bat." This will step you through a manual installation process requiring you to copy the plugin file for the CD to the plugin directory of your favorite browser. This plugin is necessary to execute the insstallers from within an HTML browser. The CD will run without the plugins, but installation of demos, patches, drivers... will be impossible.
